SsporXView on Xif AGI is supposedly right around the corner, 1-2 years as some of these labs say, why are the post-economic AI bros not buying up as much land as they can?

@joshpuckett i don't know if this is a hedge though? seems to be the optimal thing IF they are correct. if AGI doesn't happen, it's still nice to have it, but is not really as good an investment
