Wrong. 10 devs, one Claude sub each = 8 months Heavy devs in a startup normally burn more than 5 ROI = Immediate
You could have them pool the accounts (i.e. CLIProxy) and disable all models other than Sonnet and still net cheaper, smarter, faster and better than on-prem hardware.
Don't try to make this about the cost. You WILL lose. The numbers do not work out in favor of local AI.

My team failed to talk me out of this. t3os is happening. It will be the worst OS ever and I'm hyped for it.
I'll give some hints:
- t3os is not for humans
- t3os is entirely composed of tech decisions I hate but agents prefer
- t3os is headless and meant to be installed on "personal servers"
- t3os will not have an iso
- t3os is largely ubuntu based and if that upsets you then t3os is not for you
- you should not install t3os on a computer you use
