low/no human involvement contribution farming ruined it all.
even if you keep pull requests and apply strict process (e.g. issue assignment first), you still have to browse the github accounts to sniff if worthy of your time and investment as a potential collaborator or a bot.

I will still maintain projects and handle issues.

i have a rather small org. imagine the added maintenance work for sindre's hundreds of single package repos.
imagine how many notifications he gets for drive by pull requests.
@igalklebanov github sends notifications for pull requests? where do I enable it? I only find out like year after it was made by randomly browsing the repo
